Information used to provide your journey
We use your phone number for account verification and communication. Booking details include passenger information, pickup and destination addresses, coordinates, travel time and instructions that you provide.
Payments and service providers
Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. AMY.CAB records payment references, amounts and status for verification and refunds. Location searches and journey estimates use a maps provider. Relevant journey and contact information is made available to the assigned driver and authorised operations staff.
Support and driver applications
Messages submitted through this website are stored in the support queue with your account. Do not send identity-document numbers, bank details or payment credentials through these forms. Driver documents are reviewed through the separate onboarding process.
Browser storage and your choices
This website keeps sign-in tokens in memory, not persistent browser storage. Refreshing or leaving the page requires signing in again. The website does not add advertising trackers. Use Contact to request help with access, correction or deletion of your information; records needed for ongoing bookings, payments or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
